Matrix array sensor
Pressure Mapping Sensor
Customize to suits your project needs
Pressure mapping sensor is also known as the Matrix arrays sensor. It is constructed by screen-printing conductive materials onto stacked flexible polymer sheets in a matrix shape. The sensor is ultra-thin, flexible, and outputs a signal according to the force, pressure, or mechanical stress that is applied to the sensing area. It is capable of multiple contact sensing, providing grid-like pressure mapping and pressure variation between different contact points. Pressure mapping sensor is a resistive pressure sensor, the greater pressure occurs the lower resistance outputs.
CERADEX's matrix arrays sensing technology is designed with precision and detailed printing on a flexible substrate that provides cost-effective solutions and customized options to meet customer's needs.
